Territory Manager
|

Job Description
The Territory Managers primary function is to increase profit and revenue through the sale of products and services as provided by Integrated Control Technologies within an assigned territory. Our commission rate is 25% of the gross margin, which is the highest in the industry. In addition a $500.00 monthly car allowance and gas expenses will also be reimbursed for reasonable out of pocket business expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as long as they fall within your assigned budget. The Territory Manager will also be provided with a laptop computer, a cell phone and other items as required to perform their duties. |
Requirements
Associates Degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in industrial sales. The Sales Engineer has a basic understanding of AC and DC Drives, Motion Control, PLC’s and HMI products as to how they are applied. The Sales Engineer has experience working with computers and software with working knowledge of Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint and ACT (or similar contact database software program). The Sales Engineer should have good communication skills and a good understanding of the sales process. |

| Field Service Technician |

Description
The Field Service Technicians primary function is to respond to field service request made by customers to troubleshoot machinery that is down due to component failure. In between service calls, FST’s will perform shop repair on electronic board repair as well as engineering projects for customers for machine upgrades or modifications. In addition, the FST will be required to share on-call duties with other FST’s.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline such as electronics with a minimum of 2 years experience troubleshooting industrial electronics or performing engineering duties related to application and installation of automation equipment on machinery. The Field Service Technician (FST) has a good understanding of AC and DC Drives, Motion Control, PLC’s and HMI products as to how they are configured and programmed. Experience in working with AutoCAD is preferred although not required. |
