STANDARD REVISOR FEATURES

The REVISOR is a revolutionary extruder controller that is designed to replace the existing process controllers’ pushbuttons, switches and knobs that are typically mounted on the front door of an extruder. This is an "Off-The-Shelf", "First-of-it's-Kind" solution that is completely configurable.  Using the "Flex Builder" technology, the system can be customized to your specific application!  Control up to 8 Barrel and 8 Die Zones, 2 Drives, 3 Starters, while Monitoring 3 Temperatures, and 3 Pressures.  Finally, you can truly standardize on a controller that still has the flexibility to meet your needs!

Steel plate that fits over the location of previous loop controls and pushbuttons

Utilizes existing wires to control existing components such as solid-state relays, starters and variable speed drives

Removable terminal blocks for easy connections

No programming required. The “Flex Builder” Tool leads you through the configuration process.

Main Screen is a graphical representation with animation of the extruder configuration entered in setup

(24) Recipes can be stored with custom names and notes

(10) Schedules can be created to implement recipes at specific times such as extruder preheat

On-screen manuals and wiring diagrams

On-screen help videos

The operator screen can be viewed remotely on any computer or device with VNC software which is free.

Production Monitoring ( Idle, Scrap, Production, Faulted, Maintenance) that can be viewed in daily, monthly and annual formats

Highly Diagnostic with features such as Cold Zone Start Inhibit, Open Heater and Shorted Solid-State Relay Alarms, High Cabinet Temperature

Fault Logging and Fault History

Extruder Performance Trending

(4) Security Levels (Restricted Operator, Operator, Supervisor, Maintenance)

(16) Split-Core current transducers to monitor current (0-50A)
